Terms of Service

Nothing is dispatched before a price has been said out loud and accepted. That price carries the $89 service call inside it and is not revised on the doorstep. If you widen the job once the technician is with you, the extra is quoted separately first.

The ranges published here are typical, not binding; the call is. Evening work adds +$50, overnight work adds +$90, and both sit inside the total you were quoted.

A lockout is opened only when the person asking can show a right to be inside — ID with that address, a lease, a registration, or a manager's confirmation. Where that cannot be produced, we stand down.

Non-destructive entry is the default. Drilling is discussed before it happens, with the price of the replacement hardware, and it waits for your agreement.

Labour is covered for 90 days from the visit; hardware carries whatever the maker's warranty gives it. Damage caused by misuse, by a later attempt to force the door, or by somebody else's alterations is outside both.

Work is paid for on completion, card or contactless, with an itemised invoice emailed afterwards. If a technician reaches the address and the job is then called off, the cancellation fee quoted at booking is charged.

To the extent the law permits, our liability on any claim connected with a job is limited to the amount paid for that job. Liability that the law does not allow to be limited stays as it is.

CA law applies to these terms, and the courts serving Daly City hear any dispute under them.
